Terms of Use (CGU)

These Terms of Use (CGU) define the rules, procedures, and limitations under which any user accesses and uses the services, tools, software, and features available on the website https://designeasehub.fr. The French language version is the legally binding text.
1. Legal Information
The site and platform are published, developed, and operated by DesignEaseHub SAS, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 106 364 995 R.C.S. Lyon. 2. Definitions
- "Platform" — the digital ecosystem including the 2D Editor, AI tools, databases, project Catalog, and matching system. - "User" — any natural or legal person accessing the Site. - "Client" — a user using the Platform for design, purchasing ready-made projects, or posting renovation requests. - "Designer" — an interior design professional registered on the Platform. - "Team" (Brigade) — a registered construction professional or company. - "2D Editor" — the proprietary online plan modeling software. - "AI Content" — results, images, and documents generated by the Platform's AI algorithms.
3. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing the site and using its features implies full acceptance of these CGU. Account creation requires explicit opt-in acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately.
4. Modification of Terms
DesignEaseHub reserves the right to modify these CGU at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Registered users will be notified by email or platform notification.
5. Eligibility
Use of the Platform and account creation are restricted to individuals aged 18 or older with full legal capacity, and to duly registered legal entities.
6. Technical Requirements
Optimal use of the 2D Editor and AI tools requires a high-speed internet connection and a modern browser supporting WebGL. DesignEaseHub has a best-efforts obligation (obligation de moyens) regarding platform availability.
7. Registration and Account
Users must provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date information. The Platform offers three profiles: Client, Designer (requires RC Pro insurance), and Team (requires RC Pro and Garantie Decennale). DesignEaseHub may request supporting documents at any time.
8. Account Security
Accounts are strictly personal. Sharing access is prohibited. The user is solely responsible for credential security. Report any unauthorized access immediately to contact@designeasehub.fr.
9. AI Tools and 2D Editor
AI Content is provided "as is" and is purely conceptual and indicative. DesignEaseHub does not guarantee accuracy of dimensions, proportions, or correspondence to real materials. Plans are NOT technical execution drawings. Free use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes; commercial use requires a paid subscription.
10. Intermediation Liability Exclusion
DesignEaseHub acts exclusively as a technical matching platform. It does not control the work of teams or designers, and disclaims liability for quality, delays, or disputes between clients and professionals.
11. Limitation of Liability
DesignEaseHub has a best-efforts obligation regarding service availability and is not liable for direct or indirect damages including lost profits, failed construction costs, or project delays.
12. Intellectual Property
The site structure, source code, 2D Editor interface, and AI algorithms are DesignEaseHub's exclusive property. User content (plans, photos) remains their property; users grant a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license for hosting and processing.
13. Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited: database scraping, reverse engineering of the 2D Editor, distribution of illegal content. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without notice.
14. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lyon Commercial Court.
